On December 7, the criminal investigation brigade of the Ewenke Banner Public Security Bureau obtained a clue that Zhang Mou, a local resident, was listed as an online fugitive by the Hengnan County Public Security Bureau in Hunan Province on suspicion of helping an information network crime. The criminal investigation brigade immediately grasped the clues to carry out comprehensive information mapping, and quickly locked the hiding place of the fugitive as a certain body business site in Yiminhe Town, Evenk Banner. Because some team members were transferred to the frontline of epidemic prevention and control, the criminal investigation brigade promptly adjusted the deployment of police forces, temporarily organized the epidemic prevention and control part of the brigade to set up an arrest team, and rushed to Yiminhe Town overnight to carry out arrests. After understanding the facts of the case, on October 26, 2021, Ms. Xie, a resident of Hengyang County, Hunan Province, met a man surnamed Li through a mobile PHONE APP platform, and through his recommendation to buy a virtual game product named "soybean oil", the amount of investment reached one million, Ms. Xie was deceived and called the police to be investigated by the public security organs, the criminal suspect Zhang Mou's bank card account was suspected of helping information network criminal activities, and now Zhang Mou has been arrested and detained for further investigation by the Hunan Provincial Public Security Organs.
