At 10:25 on December 9, the Forest Fire Prevention Command Center of Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm rang a rapid telephone ringing, "Hey, Forest Fire Prevention Command Center, I am WanghuoLou, and smoke was found near Ping'angou." After receiving the report, the command center quickly launched the UAV to conduct aerial reconnaissance and determined that a "fire" had occurred in Ping'angou. The director of the Forest Farm Fire Prevention Office immediately reported to the commander, and with the commander's order, he immediately organized the Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm Forest Fire Brigade and the Saihanba Garrison Detachment of the Hulunbuir City Forest Fire Detachment to go to the scene of the "fire" to carry out fire fighting.

It is understood that this exercise took the forest fire in the Ping'an Ditch of the SaihanBa Mille-feuille Board Sub-field as the hypothetical background, and set up the activities such as starting the emergency plan, emergency pulling, fire command and dispatch, real-time map transmission of unmanned aerial vehicle reconnaissance, and joint rescue of the participating teams in accordance with the step-by-step response steps. In the joint fire fighting and disposal operation, the focus was on the demonstration of conventional equipment fire extinguishing, high-pressure remote forest fire fighting water truck to extinguish the fire with water.
According to the fire fighting process, the scene realistic simulation set up two "fire lines", the No. 1 "fire field" focused on the use of conventional fire extinguishing methods by both sides, jointly extinguishing the initial low-intensity surface fire, and the No. 2 "fire field" focused on the use of water fire extinguishing methods, comprehensive integration of fire extinguishing equipment, and joint fire fighting of high-intensity surface fires and canopy fires.
At 10:45 on the same day, the participants arrived at the simulated "fire field". First of all, the UAV carried out the "fire field" survey, after investigation, the "fire field" was affected by wind and terrain, the fire developed rapidly, the fire line was long, the south side of the "fire field" opened a breakthrough, taking the way of "one point breakthrough, two wings advancing" along the two wings, a group of high-pressure remote forest fire fighting water trucks, by laying water belts, taking the method of water fire extinguishing to pursue the canopy fire and the fire head. After more than 1 hour of all-out rescue, all the "embers" at the scene were extinguished, and the drill task was successfully completed.
It is reported that the joint fire extinguishing drill dispatched 110 personnel, 2 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2 command vehicles, 6 personnel carriers, 4 machine vehicles, 5 equipment transport vehicles, 1 communication vehicle, 5 fire trucks, 90 pieces (sets) of various types of fire extinguishing equipment, and laid 720 meters of water belts.

The drill tested the scientificity and effectiveness of the forest fire emergency plan of the Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm, and comprehensively assessed the cooperative combat ability of the Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm Forest Fire Brigade and the Saihanba Garrison Detachment of the Forest Fire Fighting Detachment of Hulunbuir City, as well as the actual combat capabilities of equipment, fire judgment, and fire extinguishing skills.
