At about 11:00 a.m. on November 30, Cai Moumou, a crowd member, came to the Beimen police station to report to the police that he had been defrauded on November 12 at the Shazi'ao intersection on the grounds of "fortune telling and disaster elimination", and now a fraud suspect had been found. After receiving the report, the Beimen police station immediately launched a visit and investigation, and arrested another fraud suspect in the afternoon of the same day. After investigation, the fraud suspects Liu Mouyun and Yan Mouling saw someone doing fortune telling and doing business when they walked on the Xinshi Bridge, and felt that this was a "rich" road. The two hit it off immediately, and then discussed the division of labor, Yan Mouling was responsible for finding the target for conversation, and Liu Mouyun was responsible for pretending to be a fortune teller to carry out fraud.
At about 8:00 a.m. on November 16, when the offenders Liu Mouyun (female, 57 years old, Songtaoren) and Yan Mouling (female, 42 years old, Yinjiang) walked to the Shazi'ao intersection, they met the victim Cai Moumou, who began to carry out superstitious fraud according to the previous division of labor, defrauding a total of 1600 yuan in cash, and the two illegally profited 800 yuan each. In the face of the police's questioning, the lawbreakers Liu Mouyun and Yan Mouling confessed to the illegal facts of defrauding others.
At present, the offenders Liu Mouyun and Yan Mouling have been administratively detained in accordance with law.

In such cases, because they have less money to be defrauded, most of the parties are said to be full of excitement by the people who look at them, and some tangled psychological problems have been alleviated, and the money cheated away is not considered to be cheated.
4. Cheating on the grounds of measuring names and naming names. Some people openly set up "name clubs" and cheated under the guise of legality. In order to increase the content of "science and technology", some also select names by entering birthday eight characters, gender, etc., and use the name as an influencing factor in the ups and downs of life's fortunes, making a big fuss and defrauding money.
5. Deception on the grounds of "jumping god" to dispel diseases and demons. A small number of people have committed fraud on the grounds of "partial law" treatment. The scammers use "partial law", "earth law" or imitate "witch gods" to "jump the big god" and "borrow the soul" to cure the disease.
6. Pretending to be a monk and a Taoist priest to pray for blessings on the pretext of deception. Some people pretended to be monks and nuns to enter the house to "change their fate" and defrauded them in the name of dispelling disasters and praying for blessings.
