On the afternoon of November 19, the School of Political Science and Law of Huizhou University carried out embedded course teaching in the Tian Jia Ping Building, and the college specially invited Lawyer Liu Hongguang, vice chairman of the Huicheng District CPPCC Committee, visiting professor of Huizhou College, and head of the Huicheng District Government Legal Advisory Group (chief legal counsel), to give a lecture on "Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law", and all the students of the 2021 class of law majors participated in the course study.
Liu Hongguang comprehensively expounded the epoch background and contemporary significance of the formation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and gave an in-depth explanation of the characteristics of the era of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law from four aspects: theoretical innovation, macro strategicity, vivid practice and distinct people's nature.

From late November to early December, he was invited to huizhou university school of political science and law, huizhou college of continuing education, huizhou open university and huicheng district party school, respectively, huizhou college law students, Huizhou city public security bureau zhongkai branch auxiliary police training class, huicheng district town street new section cadre training class and Huicheng district town street comprehensive law enforcement training class, more than 120 students in the school of political science and law of huizhou university, more than 400 auxiliary police officers of the Zhongkai public security sub-bureau, More than 70 new section-level cadres and more than 100 administrative law enforcement team members from 13 towns and streets in Huicheng District participated in the training.
In the process of teaching, Liu Hongguang combined theory with judicial practice, theory with life practice, and made in-depth interpretations of courses such as "Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law", "Legal Business Knowledge of Expropriation and Demolition Work", and "Standardized Construction of Administrative Law Enforcement in the New Era", with rich teaching content and real and vivid cases.
