Erpeng I arrived at the testing site agreed with the buyer's sister and found that she was already waiting for me there. She said that the car drove up immediately, which sounded like nothing wrong, and after waiting for a while, the seller finally drove the car over, but after driving out, he stopped in the middle of the road for us to see. Finally, at the strong request of the buyer's sister, the seller agreed to find a parking lot for us to check, and as a result, he got on the car and drove away on his own, without saying where to go, and colded a few of us on the side of the road. Then, helplessly, we followed the direction of the car and walked towards that side, walking for about 200 meters and seeing the car on the side of the road. So I sorted out the equipment and prepared to start testing, I have not yet started it, the seller came up is a bad word: saying that our testing agencies often mess around in the market, and your people have been beaten. As soon as this word came out, I knew that today's test was not so smooth, and the seller of this car could not be this attitude. And I asked the seller for formalities, and the seller directly held it in his own hand and did not show it to us. There is no way but to check the condition of the car first.
However, it is a bit troublesome to compare models without formalities, because a lot of information must be compared from the procedures to know which configuration the vehicle is. I carefully inquired and compared, found that this car is imported DS5, 2012 1.6T elegant version, when the new car guidance price is 298,800, the factory date is May 2012, the date of the license plate is not known, the current table mileage is 86,000 kilometers, the intended price is more than 60,000. The price is a bit expensive, but it still has to be combined with the car condition.
First of all, the old rules first test the appearance, found that the front bumper has been disassembled and paint repaired, there is no problem with the water tank frame, the production date is May 2012, which is in line with the vehicle and the factory date, the fixing screws are not disassembled, including the related brackets.
Headlights can also see that the production date is also May 2012, there is no problem, but the left headlights are disassembled, there is no problem with the water tank frame, the general longitudinal beam will not have too much problem, the front stringer is also no problem after inspection, and the paint value after the auxiliary equipment is detected is about 33, and this numerical unit can be simply understood as the thickness of 0.03 mm.
Just detected that the left headlight has been disassembled, and then it was detected that the left front fender is replaced, the most direct is to observe the inside of the fender, one is that the fixed screws are disassembled, the second is that the inner color is different from the original parts, the third is that there is fly paint in some places, and the fourth is that the paint value is lower than the normal range, and these few elements can accurately determine that this fender is replaced.
Then it was found that the left front fender had been replaced, the left side of the vehicle should have been bumped, and after testing, it was found that the left front door was also repaired with sheet metal, the door was also disassembled and painted, the limiter fixing screw was disassembled, and the fixing screw was also painted after disassembly.
Since there are problems with the outer covering parts, the main structural parts should be carefully tested. Fortunately, after the test, it was found that there was no problem with the A column, but the B column on the left had sheet metal repair. Even friends who do not understand the car know that the four beams and six columns of the vehicle are the most important, and if the four beams and six columns are injured, it is a proper accident car. No wonder the seller said evil things as soon as he came up, it turned out that there was really a problem with the condition of the car. Does he think that if he casually threatens two sentences, I dare not tell the buyer the real condition of the car? Hmm, let's keep testing.
Since the B-pillar has been repaired, there must be a problem with the rear door, and sure enough, the situation is the same as the front door, sheet metal plus repair, limiter and fixing screw have disassembly paint repair.
Including the left side of the C-pillar inside also has spray paint, the left rear fender also has sheet metal spray paint, basically can be judged that the left side is a certain degree of scratching, and the strength is not small, otherwise it will not lead to B-pillar sheet metal.
Then I checked the rear of the car and found no problems. At this time, the buyer's sister came over after breakfast to ask if there was a problem with the vehicle, Erpeng I told her about the situation I had just detected, and the little sister said that the most worrying thing had happened. After confirming with me that this was an accident car, the little sister actually called the police directly, called the police uncle over, and when I turned around, I thought I had committed something. After the police uncle came, I understood the situation, fortunately, there was nothing wrong with me, it turned out that the buyer's sister had paid a deposit of 9,000 yuan before, but after checking out that it was an accident car, she did not plan to buy, but the seller did not return the deposit, so the little sister reported to the police.
After the police uncle arrived at the scene, he collected the necessary information and learned that the seller did not even have a storefront now, and the business situation was normal. Then we discussed the condition of the vehicle together, Erpeng I said that the current condition of the car must be an accident car, but the seller kept saying that there was no problem here, and finally the police uncle couldn't look at it anymore, so he didn't have to force an explanation here. But anyway, the seller is a sentence, the car contract is signed, it is impossible to refund the money, and not a penny is refunded.
Encountering this kind of thing is also more tricky, the buyer sister also does not understand anything, the car has not yet been optimistic about the deposit first, but also signed a contract, this is really difficult to do. And because this is an economic dispute, because the police uncle has to deal with a lot of police every day, so it can't be consumed all the time, let them negotiate and solve it first, and they really can't negotiate through legal channels to protect their rights. After the police uncle left, the seller actually ran over and said: If you are like this today, you will not be able to go. I thought to myself that this is still threatening me? However, in the end, nothing happened, the seller wanted to take advantage of the little sister's lack of attention to driving and running, but the buyer's two sisters were also standing alone in front of the car, and one person directly got into the car, stopping the seller from running. In the end, the seller actually locked the car and left, leaving a few of us messy in the wind.
The buyer's sister has never encountered such a thing, and now she has no idea what to do, the seller has not even a store to find someone now? The little sister thought about it and asked me if I could buy this car at this price. If the price difference is not large, eat a dumb loss and buy it.
