Licheng: 49 volunteers walk the streets and alleys of the ancient city to explore the cultural veins

December 5 is the 36th "International Volunteer Day", on the morning of December 4, Licheng District Kaiyuan Street launched the "Walking the Context, Heirloom, RunshuXiang" context tracing launching ceremony and "12.5" International Volunteer Day activities, 49 volunteers from the Party School of the Licheng District Committee and the district-level government units, streets, communities and schools walked into the streets and alleys of the ancient city to explore the traces of the cultural context.

"Zeng Conglong was a fifth-year champion of the Southern Song Dynasty, and before he was born, his mother fainted while washing clothes by this well, dreamed of a dragon flying in the mouth, and then gave birth to a baby boy, named Zeng Yilong. This well is therefore called 'Zhuangyuanjing', and 'Zengjing Lane' is also named..." In Zengjing Lane, Hong Hong, a researcher of Southern Fujian culture, told the story of Zhuangyuanjing with great emotion, and the volunteers listened with relish. In the morning, the volunteers took the New Era Civilization Practice Station of Kaiyuan Community as the starting point, walked through the Lin Family Compound, Zhuangyuanjing, Chen Zhongjin's Former Residence, Xiaoshan Congzhu, Yifeng Academy, Lin Suo's Former Residence and other places, passing through various streets and alleys along the way, listening to Hong Hong's explanation of the stories, and feeling the profound historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city during the trekking.

"There are many stories in the small town, full of joy and joy." Along the way, the volunteers stopped and walked, listening carefully to the lectures, and bent down to pick up cigarette butts and garbage on the ground. "I didn't expect that there were so many stories hidden in these places that we usually passed!" Volunteer Guo Yanhong told reporters that because the activity is equipped with explanation receiving headphones, it can not only walk the streets and alleys to visit the hometowns of cultural celebrities, understand the deep family style and family training in the ancient city alleys, but also "casually" do public welfare while listening, pick up garbage and clean the home, killing two birds with one stone.

"Quanzhou is an ancient cultural city, and the route that leads you today connects many scenic spots and former residences of celebrities, with endless celebrity allusions and thick cultural accumulation." Hong Hong said that he hopes that through this activity, volunteers can become the guardians of the ancient city style and the disseminators of the ancient city culture while gaining a deep understanding. "Today is the first activity of the context tracing, next, we will hold the ancient city volunteer docent recruitment training, carry out systematic training and supporting courses, I hope that volunteers can actively sign up to participate after the first experience." It is understood that the cultural context tracing activity route takes the Kaiyuan Street New Era Civilization Practice Institute as the main position and radiation point, and connects the historical points, schools, streets and alleys of the street jurisdiction with dot strings, runs through the "main vein" of the new era civilization practice, and weaves and creates a comprehensive civilization practice network covering the whole region. On the same day, Fujian Spent Time Cultural and Creative Studio officially entered the New Era Civilization Practice Institute of Kaiyuan Street, integrating cultural and creative elements into the construction of the practice center, jointly excavating resources such as street stories, and continuously expanding the connotation of civilization practice; Lu Guangming, a master of arts and crafts in Quanzhou, donated engraved paper works for the new era civilization practice of the street.
