At the scene of the performance, the artists from the Hubei Provincial Opera and Dance Theater vividly reproduced the story of the Honghu Red Guards more than 90 years ago, showing the unswerving revolutionary faith and indomitable revolutionary spirit of the Communists. The exquisite performance and moving singing voice won the applause of the scene, and many singing segments attracted the stage to hum together. At the end of the performance, the whole audience sang "Honghu Lake Waves and Waves" together, and the scene was warm and touching.
As a treasure of the new Chinese national opera and an artistic masterpiece that has been performed for more than 60 years, this classic opera has presented an artistic feast for all the audience, and it is also a vivid party history study and education class, which brings everyone a shock to the soul.
"The realistic performance on the stage brought us to the unforgettable years of the revolutionary war, and let us have a more real and profound understanding of the revolutionary stories that happened in our hometown, and the inner resonance was very strong." The story of the Red Guards at that time took place in Honghu Lake in Jingzhou. The Jingzhou Party History Study and Education Office said that this activity aims to further promote the study and education of party history, inspire party members and cadres to remember their original mission, draw spiritual strength from the magnificent history of the Hubei revolution, and gather strong spiritual motivation for Jingzhou to accelerate the construction of a regional central city.
