Looking at the topic in front of me and scratching my head, I ran to ask my classmates, but I didn't want to always bother my classmates, so I fell more and more knowledge day by day, and I had no confidence in myself later. I asked her if she had any good grades, and she said that she often got good scores in english and liked the style of the English teachers. She had a light in her eyes when she spoke English, and she kept smiling and talking. In this way, I have a bottom in my heart, she is very easy to learn, but she did not find the right methods and ideas, coupled with the learning process in the classroom at school, she felt that she had no interest in physics, and there was pressure, and several factors combined made her have fear of this subject, and gradually discouraged. A lively and cheerful girl sighed in front of the physics textbook, this is not OK, so I first cheered her up, told her that in fact, she can make physics good, but first slow down, don't worry, we set a goal first, the next exam is 10 points more than before is a victory, and she can definitely do it. She smiled when she heard my words, wondering if she could do it and hoping she would reach her goal. Next I told her the plan I customized for her: the first step, in the school classroom, if the teacher talks about which part she is interested in listening to, listen carefully, don't force yourself to concentrate on 45 minutes of class time, don't doze off when you can't listen, you can turn over the textbook yourself, don't force yourself to memorize formulas and knowledge points, just read those words like reading extracurricular books, repeat each lesson, just pass the class time; the second step, whether it is practice or a small test, the questions that will not be marked well, Wait for my class to take out my one by one explanation, don't worry, don't give yourself pressure, I will give her a gradual explanation, do not have a chagrin, first put the mentality relaxed; the third step, the progress of the school curriculum let the school teacher talk about it, you can not catch up for the time being, we are mainly doing now from the beginning to lay the foundation firmly, fortunately she has just gone to high school, the knowledge that fell is only a few chapters of the first year of high school, if it is a high school year, it is very troublesome, and then each class I will break into two parts, First from the first chapter according to my progress to her to sort out the knowledge to explain clearly, do not seek more, do not seek fast, but to understand and remember, the second half of the lesson will give her to deal with the problems encountered in school. After listening to my plan, she seemed to have sudden confidence and said to me, Teacher, I believe in you! From the second lesson we began to implement the plan, not hurriedly, at any time to observe her acceptance of a certain knowledge point, either repeat the explanation or practice a few more similar exercises. Later, in one class, her parents secretly told me that she liked me very much and believed that I could take her well, and the joy of being recognized at that time still feels satisfied. After a few classes, she ushered in the midterm exam, she scored more than 40 points, although it was not yet the passing line, but it was already the highest score in history for her previous grades, and she was very happy and gradually gained greater confidence in physics. As the first student I brought with me, I was very pleased and strengthened my belief in teaching her well. Although I later went to other places because of her family, we still kept in touch, and I told her that she could still find me when she had problems with her studies, and occasionally helped her explain some topics during the chat. Later, she was admitted to a second college, which was already a good result, and I was very happy to see her progress and efforts, maybe this is the meaning of education.
