Wang Haiyan has always strictly controlled the quality of cases, and while ensuring the efficiency of case handling, strict trial procedures have been strictly enforced to ensure substantive fairness. In the more than 2,600 civil cases that Wang Haiyan has tried, in more than 480 cases tried in 2020, marriage and family, neighborly relationships, tort compensation and other types of cases have all revealed his judicial thinking for the people; in the more than 500 cases he has tried since 2021, the rate of serving judgments and interest in civil lending, contract disputes, family disputes and other types of cases has reached 94.38, while the reform rate is only 0.62%.
