Orders radiate to the surrounding townships, most of the outer counties are Yinan and Junan, and the farthest orders are in Henan. Due to the large demand for seedlings, the workers of Hongqiang Seedling Factory have recently worked overtime continuously, and the supply of seedlings is sufficient. Zhu Xingjie, manager of Hongqiang Seedling Factory, said: "Our old customers are particularly many, and those who come to visit and learn from outside in recent years will also order our seedlings. At the most, more than 470,000 seedlings a day are produced, and there are 300,000 seedlings a day. ”

The average rate and frequency of 300,000 seedlings per day has also brought a large number of jobs. In the greenhouses of Hongqiang, women gathered to chat and work can be seen everywhere, most of them from nearby villages, a small maza, a tool knife, sitting in the warm greenhouse, you can work and earn money. Most of this season is mainly grafting cucumber seedlings, and workers can flexibly use their time, pay pieces, and do not delay picking up their children to school. Workers with sharp hands and feet can earn about 300 yuan a day, and slower workers can earn more than 100 yuan a day. "There are more than 100 workers working in our nursery every day, and each person can earn one or two hundred yuan a day."
