The on-site evaluation criteria focus on the regionality, culture, folklore and tradition of dishes, have good reputation and market promotion value, and are scored according to five criteria: taste and texture, craftsmanship and heat, color and form, creativity and practicality, nutrition and hygiene.
After the selection, peach gum shili ginkgo biloba, reed flowers meet nanzhi, full of lake floating silver, roasted flowers and mandarin fish, Kongfu Eight Treasures, Qinglian and Yun, spicy carp, shanhai love, Mengfu eggplant pot and other dishes ranked in the forefront.
"New Era New Lu Cuisine" - 2021 Lu Cuisine Innovation Competition is guided by the Propaganda Department of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, and jointly sponsored by the Shandong Station of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Shandong Province, and the Shandong Tourist Hotel Association. Launched on September 16 this year and lasted until February 2022, it is divided into four stages: audition, rematch, final, and promotion.
