As the first public nutrition nursing home in Qinghai Province, Kunlun Yishou Home has faced many difficulties in opening, but under Li Jin's efforts and persistence, it has been solved. Lack of funds, he looked for relatives and friends to borrow; lack of experience, he took the nursing staff to the country's excellent pension institutions to visit and learn, to participate in the province, the country's pension service training; the local sense of pension is weak, he gradually formed a good reputation through professional and attentive service, so that the elderly near and far come to visit. In 2018, Qinghai Kunlun Yishou Hospital celebrated its 20th anniversary. Due to the inconvenience of the elderly's activities and living in the hospital for a long time, in order to make it convenient for the elderly to travel, but also in order to create a good living environment for the elderly, in 2016, Li Jin won the barrier-free implementation project of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Civil Affairs "Fucai Helps the Disabled to Help the Elderly Healthy Walk" after many contacts, which solved the problem of travel inconvenience for the elderly in the hospital.
