According to historical records, his father Mingshan served as the governor of Shaanxi and Gansu, his brother Haining was the governor of Zhejiang, and his sister Irgen Jueshi was Fu Kang'an's concubine Fujin.

This made Qianlong very unhappy, and in order to make the case come to light, Qianlong simply did not allow the Punishment Department to participate in the retrial of the case, and instead transferred Yin Cao Wenzhi of the Shun Tianfu and Yi Ling'a, a servant of the Ministry of Works, to jointly try the case. At the same time, he also seconded Daxing County to conduct an autopsy.
Cao Wenzhi and Yi Ling'a did not dare to be sloppy, and after careful examination, they concluded that There were many bruises on Wu Yashi's body, but there were no strangulation marks between the neck and ears. He died with a fatal wound to his chest. To be precise, he was kicked to death.
In order to show justice, Qianlong ordered the officials and servants who participated in the trial of the case to re-examine the case, and this time everyone was inconvenient to continue to pretend to be deaf and dumb, and they all agreed that Wu Yashi was not hanging himself, and it was obvious that he was kicked to death.
At this point in the case, Haisheng had to confess to the crime.
Qianlong did not expect that behind a simple case, there was such a complicated relationship, which made him angry.
Qianlong believed that Ah Gui had the intention of sheltering Haisheng, but remembering that he was an old minister of several dynasties and had meritorious service for the Qing Dynasty, he was punished for five years and dismissed from his post and retained.
Ji Xiaolan was also scolded by Qianlong as a "corrupt Confucian", and after some reprimands, he was given a disposition of "lower officials".
As for the other officials involved in the trial of the case, they were all dismissed from their posts and exiled on the charge of "bending the law for personal gain," and the servants of the first two autopsies were also sent to the frontier as slaves after being shackled.
