When I am shunda, I think that such a good situation will continue forever, so it is easy to be arrogant and arrogant; and when I encounter setbacks in life, I feel that the future is gray, there is no end to suffering, and it is easy to be discouraged and depressed.
These two completely opposite attitudes to life are undesirable and will go wrong.
Lao Tzu believed that things must be reversed, and contradictory things can be transformed.
Lao Tzu said, "Misfortune depends on blessings, and blessings and misfortunes lie down." "It's that bad things can become good things, and good things can become bad things." This truth can be explained by the allusion to "The Lost Horse of Saion".

This story shows that sometimes good things don't have to be good, and bad things don't have to be bad. Be vigilant when there are good things, don't be carried away by good things, lose your vigilance; when there are bad things, don't worry, but see that there are opportunities hidden in bad things. Crisis and crisis, there are opportunities in danger, there are both challenges and opportunities.
Lao Tzu said: "The song is complete, the wrong is straight, the depression is profitable, and the we are new." "The curve and the whole, the wrong and the straight, the depression and the surplus, and the we and the new are opposites, forming a contradiction.
Grievances, bends, low-lying, and dilapidation all reflect inferior situations, while preservation, stretching, filling, and newness are the dominant states, which are the states of polar opposites of things. The former is equivalent to the trough of life, and the latter is equivalent to the smoothness of life.
In the eyes of ordinary people, when they are at the trough of life, the peak of life is unattainable. Lao Tzu told people that the lows can be transformed into the peaks, the grievances can be preserved, the bends can be stretched, the low-lying can be filled, and the old can be established.
Contradictions can be transformed, but they will go to opposites, and the weak side can be transformed into the strong side. In the cyclical movement of the transformation of opposites of things, we must not ignore negative values and roles.
However, man cannot passively wait for transformation like nature, and for human beings, passively waiting is impossible to wait.

When you are gaining power, you should not rely too much on the power and be a blessing; when you enjoy the blessing, you must also know how to cherish the blessing and cherish the blessings that are not easy.
Lao Tzu warned people that if they want to be "clear", "manifest", "meritorious", and "long", and delay the transformation of positive results, they must be "not self-seeing", "not self-righteous", "not self-cutting", and "not self-respecting". The road of life is not flat, but tortuous, when it is impossible to go through the detour to advance; when you are satisfied, showing off will inevitably become the target of everyone, you must learn to be modest and low-key, converge on the edge, less enemies, in order to save everything.
