At the beginning of the new semester, the routine is a big problem, at the beginning, every time there are undisciplined students in the class, I will always point out their names, and at the beginning there is still a little effect, but later, the children are like numb, the first minute just finished, the next minute is still playing. Later, through listening to the teacher's class and the guidance of my colleagues, I went from naming and criticizing to praising the regularly good students in the class, and the results were immediate.

In fact, every child hopes to be praised by the teacher, maybe they are not very good now, but it is undeniable that the vast majority of children are very enterprising, set a good example for the students, timely discover and affirm their every bit of progress, perhaps they are still far from the best, but the teacher's praise will bring them the power to create unexpected effects. I remember when I was in middle school, I once helped the teacher sort out things in the office, during which I heard the conversation of two old teachers, one of the teachers said that "good children are exaggerated"; later went to college, the year of graduation was close to the internship, full of confusion, one day I suddenly received a text message from a professional teacher at the level: You are a very potential student, I see a lot of beautiful character in you, your tenacity and enterprising are very touching to me, you will definitely be a child with a good future, come on. The teacher's text message is like a ray of sunshine on a hazy day, instantly warming me, filling me with energy, for a long time after work, although I have encountered a lot of injustice, I have had a lot of depression, but the teacher's text message is like an energy source, not a paragraph to motivate me. Later, I stepped on the three-foot podium, came into contact with the education industry, I came into contact with a lot of excellent teachers, absorbed a lot of excellent educational concepts, I gradually understood, maybe I was not as good as the teacher said, the teacher's message may have been sent to us in groups, that is an excellent teacher's professionalism, that is an encouragement to students who are close to graduation, but the teacher's message led me closer to excellence; last week I went to listen to the old teacher's "Praise", and the whole class was immersed in a strong atmosphere of praise Once again, I truly felt the power of praise.

Stringing these few things together, I understand: kiss the teacher, believe in the way, your words of praise, can very well narrow the distance between teachers and students, can make more students like you, willing to listen to your lessons, as a teacher, must have a pair of timely discovery of students' strengths, progress of the eyes, learn to praise beyond imagination.
