From November 18th to 19th, Li Quantai, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice President of the Provincial Red Cross Society, Si Chunfeng, Director of the Provincial Red Cross Disaster Preparedness and Rescue Center, and other research teams came to Linyi to investigate and guide the work of the Red Cross. Zhao Aihua, deputy head of the Municipal Leading Group for the Development of Higher Education and president of the Municipal Red Cross Society, Lian Feng, deputy secretary general of the Municipal Party Committee, Yu Changjiang, secretary of the Party Group and executive vice president of the Municipal Red Cross Society, and Sun Wenting, member of the party group and vice president, accompanied the investigation.
On the afternoon of the 18th, the research team went to Luozhuang District to inspect the construction of community fraternity homes. He has successively gone to Longwan Community Fraternity Home in Shengzhuang Street and Linyi Shengbo Rehabilitation Hospital to conduct field research. The research team listened carefully to the experience and practices of Luozhuang District in carrying out the construction of urban community fraternity homes and the "136+X" Luozhuang model work report, and learned in detail about the construction of Bo'ai homes and grass-roots organizations in Luozhuang District.
Li Quantai fully affirmed the construction of the Red Cross Society Fraternity Homeland (grassroots organization) in Luozhuang District, pointing out that the construction of the Fraternal Homeland in Luozhuang District has a solid foundation and rich activities, truly integrates into the overall situation, embeds itself in the community, and goes deep into the masses, reflecting a high level and high quality. It is hoped that Luozhuang District will rely on the "Fraternity homeland" project platform to vigorously carry forward the Red Cross spirit of "humanity, fraternity and dedication", take the core tasks of the Red Cross such as "three rescues" and "three offerings" as the foothold, continue to carry out volunteer service activities such as Red Cross free clinics, first aid knowledge popularization training, and old-age care, so as to further enhance the sense of gain and happiness of community residents.
On the morning of the 19th, the research team successively went to Lanshan District and Fei County to inspect the first aid training work. In Lanshan District, the research team went to the Linyi Comprehensive Practice Base for Primary and Secondary School Students to conduct field research. They visited the Red Flame Theme Education Hall, traffic safety hall, public safety hall, healthy life hall, Red Cross training room, earthquake prevention and disaster reduction education hall, etc., and observed the students' CPR teaching and special courses such as red impressions, red clothes new creation, and red poetry condensation.
Li Quantai fully affirmed the first aid work of the base and Lanshan District, stressing the need to further complete and strengthen the strength of emergency rescue teachers, focus on building an emergency rescue teacher team, improve the level of teachers' emergency care, "small hands holding hands", further expand the scope of emergency care popularization, and strive to build the base into a provincial and national emergency care training base.
In Fei County, the research team inspected the construction of the provincial Red Cross first aid training base and organized a symposium on the construction of the provincial Red Cross first aid training base in the city. Li Quantai pointed out that the completion and use of the three provincial-level first-aid training bases has provided a guarantee for carrying out mass first-aid training and experience activities, popularizing self-rescue and mutual rescue knowledge and escape and risk avoidance skills, and laying a solid foundation for further improving the self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of the masses.
Li Quantai stressed that in accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Red Cross Society of China on Strengthening the Construction of the Red Cross First Aid Training Base", it is necessary to guide all bases to strengthen standardized management, do a good job in team building, establish and improve the training quality control and evaluation system, actively explore new training and evaluation mechanisms, effectively play the substantive role of the base in serving the people, and promote the sustained, healthy and high-quality development of the entire first aid training work through base construction radiation, and strive to make positive contributions to improving the level of life safety education in the city.
