Eric Montalbetti, a composer in France, former artistic director of the French Radio Philharmonic, and technical adviser on foreign affairs of the "Qingzuo Project", could not help but sigh after learning about the exhibition: "In the days when the whole world is deeply troubled by the epidemic, the 'Qingzuo Project' still completed the exhibition of 12 new works, which is a remarkable thing. I don't know if there are other national pro bono art programs that can do that. I have all the more reason to believe why there are so many conductors, composers, artistic directors, etc. from important art institutions from all over the world in the jury who are happy to participate in it, because she (The Youth Works Project) is unique..."

Ten years of intensive cultivation, the National Centre for the Performing Arts Young Composers Program, with the strong support of professional music academies and art institutions at home and abroad, has become an art public welfare plan that has attracted the attention of professional colleges and young composers at home and abroad, as Chen Qigang, composer and chief judge of the "Qingzuo Plan", said in an interview: "The Qingzuo Program relies on the sense of responsibility of all people and the love of young composers to adhere to this day, whether it is the conductor of the performance works, the academy troupe, as well as the managers and artistic directors of various institutions. Deciding to perform a new work by a young composer is not an easy task all over the world! The joint efforts of all people have built this valuable platform for young creators to practice. ”
