【Preparation steps】
1. The butter is placed in advance at room temperature to soften, the low gluten flour and sugar powder are sifted into the softened butter, and gently kneaded by hand to form a larger powder
2. Add the whole egg mixture, knead the dough into a plastic bag, refrigerate and let it sit for about 1 hour
3. Cut the apples into small pieces
4. Put the butter in the pan, pour in the processed apples, add the granulated sugar and lemon juice and stir-fry to make the apples soft
5. Pour in water and simmer for about 8 minutes, when the apple becomes soft and transparent, turn the heat to collect the juice, pour in the water starch and mix into a ball to get out of the pot and let it cool
6. Take out the pie skin from the refrigerator, roll it out into a shape larger than the mold, put it into the mold, and sort it out by hand to remove the excess pie skin
7. Pour in the cooled apple trap
8. Cut the remaining pie skin into long strips of uniform thickness and weave them into a grid as shown in the figure
9. Tidy up, remove the excess pie skin and brush with egg mixture
10. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes
