Disabled soldiers have always put the interests of the party and the state in the first place, overcome unimaginable difficulties, stubbornly worked and lived with heroic courage and amazing perseverance, and made extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts. Its spirit of not changing its original intention and not stopping to struggle has become an immortal monument.

Advocating heroes will produce heroes, and striving to be heroes can produce heroes. Today, although we are far away from the flames of war, there are always heroes who come forward in every critical moment. White-clad angels on the frontline of the fight against the epidemic, border defense fighters who defend the border and defend the country, retrogrades in rescue and rescue... Countless people have taken their lives to the mission, protected the heavens with their loved ones, and gathered the trickle-down force into a majestic force. Their deeds can be learned and done, and their spirit can be traced. We should learn from heroes, draw strength from them, enhance the feelings of home and country, bravely assume social responsibility, integrate the small self into the big self, integrate the ideal of life into the cause of the country and the nation, and realize personal value in their respective posts.

We must not forget the heroes and martyrs who threw their heads and spilled their blood. Caring for heroes is the adherence to our original intention. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the party and the state have commemorated martyrs, comforted veterans, and commended the advanced in various forms, from establishing and improving the system of honoring and commending the party and the state for meritorious service, to introducing work methods for sending good news to the families of servicemen who have received meritorious service awards, from passing the Law on the Protection of Heroes and Martyrs, to carrying out centralized renovation of memorial facilities for heroes and martyrs below the county level. The party and the state have continuously improved the system, improved policies and regulations, and increased the intensity of preferential care, demonstrating the firm determination and value guidance of advocating heroism and carrying forward positive energy.

Heroes always walk with the times. Nowadays, remembering heroes, advocating heroes, defending heroes, learning from heroes, and caring for heroes are becoming social trends. On the journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must keep in mind the heroic deeds, vigorously carry forward the heroic spirit, raise the sail of struggle, let the heroic spirit pass on the torch, integrate into the national bloodline, write the answer sheet of the struggle in the new era, and constantly stimulate the driving force for moving forward.
