In order to further deepen the cooperation between the university and the local government and attract high-end talents in Shanghai, Nan'an City, Shanghai University and Tongji University held a centralized signing and unveiling ceremony for the school-site cooperation project at the Special Event in Nan'an.

The school-land cooperation centralized signing projects include "Rural Revitalization Industry-University-Research Integration Cooperation" and "Urban Design Planning along Kuifeng North Road and High-speed Exit Node in Shuitou Town, Nan'an City".

Among them, "Rural Revitalization Industry-University-Research Integration Cooperation" is a team of Liu Yong of the Department of Architecture of the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Nan'an City and Shanghai University, taking the Nan'an countryside as a model to carry out village protection and utilization planning, and form a demonstration effect to help the revitalization of Nan'an countryside.

"Nan'an Shuitou Town Kuifeng North Road and Highway Exit Node Urban Design Planning" is a team of Nan'an City and Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute, which scientifically planned, integrated and upgraded the entrances and exits of Shuitou Expressway and the areas along Kuifeng Road, and promoted regional urban planning and construction with high standards.

The unveiling ceremony of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University and the Nan'an Municipal Government jointly built a planning and design professional talent practice base was also held at the event site. Relying on the high-quality faculty of Tongji University, the Planning and Design Professional Talent Practice Base cultivates a group of outstanding engineering talents who lead the development of urban planning and design fields, and improves the level of urban construction planning in Nan'an.

The reporter learned that in recent years, Nan'an City has actively explored a new model of school-land cooperation, and carried out integrated, close-knit and project-based cooperation with Tongji University, Shanghai University and other universities. Through the joint efforts of both sides of the university and the site, the flower of cooperation has yielded fruitful results, and 25 cooperation projects have been reached in 5 fields such as medical treatment, engineering, planning, design and culture, with a cooperation amount of 1.65 billion yuan.
