The Youth Point was inaugurated in May 1977

Origin of place names. According to the "Sujiatun District Chronicle", Taomutun Village was built during the Qing Shunzhi period, because there were many peach trees when the village was built, so it was named.

Momotun Elementary School, founded in 1908. In October 1985, there were 10 classes, 294 students, and 13 faculty members.

Chen Xiang Subdistrict, during the Qing Dynasty, Chen Xiang Subdistrict belonged to Chengde County.

In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it belonged to Shenyang County.

In 1948, after the liberation of Shenyang, it belonged to the suburbs of Shenyang.

On September 20, 1958, Chen Xiangtun Commune was established.

In November 1981, Chen Xiangtun Subdistrict was established (co-existing with Chen Xiangtun Commune).

In 1983, Chen Xiangtun Commune was changed to a township.

In 1985, ChenXiang Subdistrict and Chen Xiangtun Township were merged to form Chen Xiangtun Township.

In 2010, it was changed to Chen Xiang Street.
