On the afternoon of July 28, Wushan County held a county-wide leading cadres meeting to announce the decision of the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee on the appointment of the main responsible comrades of the Wushan county party committee and the county government:

Comrade Wang Xinqiang served as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Wushan County CPC Committee.

Comrade Wang Zhicheng served as a member, standing committee member, and deputy secretary of the Wushan County CPC Committee and was nominated as a candidate for county magistrate of the Wushan County People's Government.

Wang Xinqiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1974, Gansu Tianshui people, provincial party school graduate degree. He began his career in August 1994 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1997. From August 1990 to July 1994, he studied art at Tianshui Agricultural Campus, graduated from July 1994 to August 1994 and was awaiting assignment, worked in the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau of Qincheng District of Tianshui City from August 1994 to January 1999, and served as the deputy township chief of Niangniangba Township, Qincheng District, Tianshui City from January 1999 to January 2002 From January 2002 to January 2004, he served as the mayor of Lizi Township, Qincheng District, Tianshui City (during which time, he studied in the postgraduate training class of human geography of Northwest Normal University from July 2002 to December 2003); from January 2004 to March 2006, he was the mayor of Damen Township, Qinzhou District, Tianshui City; from March 2006 to July 2007, he was the party secretary and mayor of Qinling Township, Qinzhou District, Tianshui City; from July 2007 to July 2012, he was the deputy secretary of the Tianshui Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. Members of the Party Group (during which time: from August 2007 to August 2008, he served as the Inspector of Letters and Visits of the Municipal Bureau of Letters and Visits; from April 2009 to November 2009, he served as the deputy director of the Provincial Western Development Office; from September 2008 to June 2011, he studied in the postgraduate class of the National Economy Major of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee); from July 2012 to July 2014, he was the secretary of the Tianshui Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Party Group of the Communist Youth League; and from July 2014 to February 2015, he was the deputy secretary of the Qingshui County Party Committee From February 2015 to October 2016, he served as deputy secretary of the Qingshui County CPC Committee and chairman of the County CPPCC Committee, from October 2016 to February 2019, as deputy secretary of the Qingshui County CPC Committee, from February 2019 to August 2020 as deputy secretary general of the CPC Tianshui Municipal Committee (at the county level); from August 2020 to July 2021 as secretary of the party group and director of the Tianshui Municipal Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine; and from July 2021 as secretary of the Wushan County CPC Committee.

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Wushan County Committee and Candidate for County Governor of the County Government

Wang Zhicheng, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1979, Gansu Huachi people, joined the Communist Party of China in December 2000, joined the work in July 2001, graduated from the Party School of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, majoring in public administration, graduate degree. From September 1997 to July 2001, he studied in the Public Security Branch of Gansu University of Political Science and Law, from July 2001 to September 2005, he worked in the Qingyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League (during which time, he worked in Shanhe Town, Zhengning County from October 2001 to October 2002), from September 2005 to September 2008, he was the deputy director of the Qingyang Hope Office, and from September 2008 to July 2010, he was the director of the Qingyang Hope Office From July 2010 to September 2011, he served as the director of the Youth Department of the Qingyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League (during which time, he was appointed deputy secretary of the Yongzheng Township Party Committee of Zhengning County from September 2009 to July 2011); from September 2011 to August 2015, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Cpc Ningxian County Committee and the director of the Propaganda Department of the County Committee of the CPC Ningxian County (during which time, he studied in the postgraduate class of public administration at the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee from September 2012 to June 2015); from August 2015 to August 2016, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxian County CPC Committee and a deputy county magistrate From August 2016 to May 2019, he served as the secretary of the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League, from May 2019 to January 2021, he served as the deputy secretary of the Huanxian County Committee of the Communist Party of China (at the county level), from January 2021 to July 2021, he served as the deputy secretary of the Huanxian County Committee of the Communist Party of China and a first-level researcher; and since July 2021, he has served as the deputy secretary of the Wushan County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the candidate for county governor of the county government, and a first-level researcher.
