The project supervisory unit should effectively assume its responsibilities, strengthen daily supervision and on-site construction management, urge the construction unit to consciously implement the "six hundred percent" requirements, allocate sufficient and strong construction forces, strive to overcome difficulties in the construction process, effectively accelerate the construction progress, and ensure that the convenience market is built early, put into use early, and benefits the people as soon as possible.
