In fact, in addition to pensions, there are some local subsidies in some places. For example, Shandong Province pays 1,700 yuan a year for winter heating subsidies, while Ningxia Autonomous Region pays 4,563 yuan or 3,120 yuan. With 40 years of service, why is there a difference between a pension of 3,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan?
