Our school undertakes the competition of the language department.
Good pre-match preparation
In order to serve this competition well, the second high school is fully prepared. The leaders of our school attached great importance to this activity, and Principal Shi Guili visited the competition site many times to supervise the preparation of the competition, and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment of the multi-functional lecture hall at the competition site to ensure the smooth progress of the competition.
Banners were hung on the playing field and properly decorated. Classroom floors and desks were thoroughly cleaned. The Academic Affairs Office has made detailed arrangements for the number of games, competition time, and class classes, and has spray-painted displays. The competition schedule is printed and distributed to all judges and participating teachers. Drinking water is also provided, and various reminder signs are perfected so that teachers can easily find places related to the competition. Due to the meticulous work and effective measures, the competition was successfully completed that day, and the school's high-quality service was also positively praised by the judges and participating teachers.
High-quality classroom display
At eight o'clock in the morning of May 15, the competition officially kicked off. Before the start of the competition, Zhang Huiyu, deputy director of the Dengzhou Municipal Teaching and Research Office and Chinese teacher and researcher, led everyone to learn the scoring criteria.
The 16 contestants who participated in this competition are all outstanding young teachers from high schools in the city, which can be described as a gathering of masters. The contestants prepared carefully and calmly, demonstrating solid basic skills and unique classroom teaching activities. The participating teachers are well prepared and draw lots to determine the order of classes and the classes to be attended.
The 16 participating teachers used the most enthusiasm, novel teaching mode, unique teaching design, and skillful teaching skills to clarify the classroom learning objectives and guide students to carry out a journey of exploration by creating situations. In the classroom, we pay attention to the cultivation of students' interest, thinking and subject literacy, skillfully use multimedia technology, innovate the use of teaching models, effectively integrate teaching resources, and combine various forms such as exploration activities and teacher-student interaction to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and skillfully help students break through major difficulties. The wonderful class made the students gain a lot, and the teachers praised the teachers again and again.

On the morning of May 17, the competition ended successfully. After the competition, Zhang Huiyu, a teacher from the Dengzhou Teaching and Research Office, made an overall evaluation of the participating courses of 16 teachers, fully affirmed the participating teachers, and pointed out some deficiencies.
So far, with the joint efforts of teachers and students of our school, this event has officially come to an end, which fully demonstrates the spirit of unity and responsibility of our school.
