Jingtai County Badaoquan Han Meilin Hope Primary School is a rural sixth-grade complete primary school, which was founded in March 1974. Formerly known as Guancao School, 5 kilometers west of the county seat, it was relocated from the former Si Tan Commune to The Hunting Tiger Mountain Village and Changfeng Village to raise funds to build it. In February 1980, it was renamed Asachi Spring Hunting Tiger Mountain Elementary School.

Under the leadership of the first principal, Wang Wanxiu, and the leaders of the Hunting Tiger Mountain Village Committee. All the villagers raised funds and contributed to the construction of the school building in the northwest of the village of Hunting Tiger Mountain, and the school building was simple and simple. In June 1978, the second principal, Wei Zuyuan, and all the teachers actively cooperated with the village committee, organized the villagers to contribute to the work, donated funds and materials, and built 3 civil structure school buildings on the side of the overflow weir in front of the village, covering an area of 3600 square meters. At the same time, the teachers and students of the middle school of the school were withdrawn and merged into Badaoquan Middle School, and the teaching conditions of the school were improved. In 1989, the school actively sought funds from the superiors, and under the leadership of the principal Wang Zhitang, 2 new brick and wood classrooms, 2 dormitories and office buildings, with a construction area of 549 square meters. The gate and courtyard wall were newly renovated. Merged with Changfeng Primary School, the school size continues to increase, the school has about 240 students, set up 7 teaching classes, 9 teachers. The school has become a six-year full elementary school.

In 2002, due to the increase in the number of students, the school building could not meet the needs of teaching, the principal Miao Zhanzhong led all the teachers, actively sought funds from the superiors, organized villagers to donate funds and materials, coordinated with village cadres to strive for 6,000 square meters of campus construction land, built 2 new teaching buildings, office buildings and other living rooms, and newly repaired the gate and courtyard wall. At the same time, the school was greened and beautified, and the green area reached 2600 square meters. The new construction area is 366 square meters. Actively strive for the China-Europe project and the Sino-British project to train teachers, add a variety of teaching equipment and teaching instruments, under the leadership of principal Miao Zhanzhong, the school pays close attention to education and teaching, and the "five serious" teaching is implemented. At the same time, the school's operating conditions have been greatly improved, during this period, with the joint efforts of the principal and all teachers, the quality of school education and teaching has been continuously improved, and has been praised by the society and recognized by parents.

In 2004, the number of students in the school increased dramatically, and the school building appeared extremely tense. Mr. Han Meilin, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a famous artist, donated 200,000 yuan, and the county party committee and county government supporting funds of 100,000 yuan to build 3 new teaching buildings, remove 2 dangerous houses, and harden the campus. At the same time, 3,000 new books were added, equipped with computer television, sound and body beauty equipment. Further beautifying and greening the campus environment, adding a new campus cultural corridor, the overall appearance of the school has been renewed, and the school has been renamed Jingtai County Badaoquan Han Meilin Hope Primary School, which is still in use today.

In 2013, Principal Peng Kelong and all teachers actively sought funds for the renovation of schools with weak compulsory education, built a school canteen, and greatly improved the living conditions of teachers and students.
