preface
1. Excellent housing products not only require the high quality of the above-ground space, but also the high quality of the underground parking space, and bring comfortable and pleasant physiological and psychological feelings to the user under the premise of ensuring that the function is unsafe, forming a humanized scene. Therefore, Greentown Group has organized the preparation of these design guidelines to form a practical guide to the design of underground parking spaces for residential projects.
2. In the process of compiling these Guidelines, on the basis of relevant national, industry and local standards and norms, the excellent residential underground garage cases of Greentown have been extensively investigated and in-depth studied, and a design standard with Greentown characteristics has been formed.
3. As one of the results of Greentown product standardization work, these guidelines are the basis for the Design Control Department of the Group Headquarters and the design reference document of the design unit.
4. This guideline is prepared and managed by the Planning and Design Center of Greentown Real Estate Construction Management Co., Ltd., and the staff: Zhao Ye, Guo Mu, Yu Beini, Liu Mi.

A Design Guidelines Usage Instructions
1. Scope of Application: This guideline applies to the design of underground parking spaces for all residential products created by Greentown.
2. Layout Description: The layout of this Guideline is divided into two categories: "Provisions" and "Cases"
3. Layout of the Provisions:
1) The layout of the provisions is usually divided into two columns, the left column is "design requirements", which is used to stipulate the terms that the design must meet; the right column is "provision description", which is used to explain the reasons for the provisions, the starting point, the precautions in the implementation, or to give diagrams.
2) The provisions are divided into two sentence levels: "required" and "optional". [Essential] provisions are mandatory content of mandatory compliance, and [optional] provisions are recommended requirements, which can be selectively adopted according to the specific circumstances of the situation, and no mandatory compliance.
4. Case layout description:
1) The case page, in conjunction with the provisions, is used to show the embodiment of a requirement in a specific real estate project.
2) The case layout usually gives the real photo or flat façade drawing of the case, and gives the relevant data of the case; if necessary, it will also make some special instructions for the case.
5. Product grades: In order to facilitate the expression of the differentiated requirements of different grades of products, this guideline divides Greentown residential products into four grades, as shown in Table 1 (Table 1 Greentown Residential Classification Table):
B Technical design guidelines for underground parking spaces
B1. Underground garage space column net setting principle
B2. Underground Garage Space Bureau High Set Principle
B1 Underground garage space column net setting principle
Limit the size of the overall flat column mesh of the underground garage to create a high-quality parking area.
B2 Underground Garage Space Bureau High Setting Principle
Limit the overall clearance dimensions of the underground garage to create a premium parking area.
C1. Aesthetic design: underground space beautification design
C2. Convenience design: logo and barrier-free design
C3. Comfort design: lighting, greening and HVAC design
