The entrance of the Shenbai high-speed railway Changgang Tunnel entered the cave smoothly

A few days ago, with the rumble of the machine, the TJ-5 Biaochanggang Tunnel of the Jilin Section of the Shenbai High-speed Railway, which was built by the Shanghai Engineering Bureau of China Railway, officially entered the cave, marking that the tunnel construction has entered the substantive implementation stage.

The Changgang Tunnel is a single-line tunnel with a total length of 1320 meters and a maximum burial depth of about 91 meters. The main tunnel projects include the upward slope of the cave mouth side, the advanced large pipe shed, the advanced small pipe, the advanced double-layer small catheter, the tunnel excavation, the anti-drainage, the support, the arch, the arch filling, the secondary lining, the cave door project, etc. According to the design and construction of the new Aufa, the tunnel is constructed of composite lining, and the entrance and exit of the tunnel are all structured with binaural wall doors. The tunnel has a complex geological structure, high construction difficulty, large safety risks, and tight construction tasks, which is a key control node project of the Shenbai high-speed railway.

Since the start of the Changgang Tunnel, the project department has carefully organized and taken multiple measures at the same time, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the construction organization, reversed the construction period, formulated a detailed construction plan, rationally allocated on-site construction personnel, materials and mechanical equipment, strictly followed the safety and quality control, high standards and strict requirements, and grasped the implementation, and made every effort to ensure that the tunnel inlet meets the requirements for entering the hole.
