The drill adopted the methods of real scene, real soldier and actual combat, and set up multiple subjects such as information reporting, coordination and scheduling, consultation and judgment, force deployment, and linkage rescue, so that the emergency force quickly "called" and responded to the emergency response between departments, regions, and military and localities, and comprehensively improved the emergency response capacity of roads and bridges in the mountainous areas of the city.
In the rescue scene of the collapse of the tunnel under construction, a collapse accident occurred at 8:10, and from 8:20, the rescue forces of all parties arrived at the scene one after another, and it was preliminarily judged that 2 construction personnel were trapped. The rescue team used the positioning chip on the safety helmet of the construction personnel to accurately locate the trapped people. After multi-party consultation, the small-diameter drilling rig was used as a life channel to transport supplies, and the large-diameter horizontal drilling rig was used as a rescue channel to rescue the trapped people. At 10:33, the small-diameter drilling rig at the collapse site of the Donghongshan Tunnel successfully opened the life maintenance monitoring channel and got in touch with the trapped people. After 6 hours of continuous operation, the large-diameter horizontal drilling rig took the lead in successfully breaking through the collapsed body, forming a 620 mm rescue channel, and rescued the trapped people. After the rescue is completed, the cave will be closed, and the collapse will be treated after waiting for professional assessment and determination of the treatment plan.
In the emergency response scene of the water damage of the No. 2 bridge bridge on Kangzhang Road, the bridge is an important traffic node in Beijing and Hebei, and the Municipal Transportation Commission launched the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination mechanism and the military-civilian coordination mechanism in a timely manner, and notified the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation to do a good job of remote guidance, and coordinated a detachment of armed police traffic to dispatch professional equipment and facilities to the scene to quickly build an emergency bridge, which was completed in less than 3 hours, and effectively tested the run-in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic emergency linkage support system.
In the scene of the truck fire rescue in the Qinglongqiao tunnel, Dididi, the tunnel intelligent inspection robot equipped with high-definition cameras issued a fire alarm, and the tunnel monitoring personnel immediately changed all lane indicators to prohibit entry. Robots are used for toxic gas detection. I saw that the No. 1 robot automatically turned on the hazard warning flashing lights, arrived at the driver, and carried out harmful gas detection. The monitoring hall attendant uses the robot's lifting microphone to talk to the driver. "The situation is dangerous now, there is an evacuation passage 50 meters in front of the front of the car, please follow the robot's guidance from the evacuation passage to leave the scene." Subsequently, the driver was evacuated smoothly with the robot. The intelligent inspection robot can quickly reach each key point in the tunnel at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour at the earliest, and complete the full-dimensional inspection in the tunnel within two hours, providing scientific auxiliary decision-making for tunnel risk prevention and control and emergency rescue.
