The No. 1 Bridge of Tanghe, 6 BiaoTanghe, Jilin Section of Shenbai High-speed Railway, undertaken by China Railway 23rd Bureau Group, spans the Hunbai Railway, of which No. 0 abutment is located on the existing mountain mass on the left side of the railway, and the abutment is 17 meters from the center of the line and 12 meters from the height difference from the line. Pier No. 1 is located on the slope of the existing railway subgrade, only 12 meters from the horizontal distance of the line center, and half of the bridge platform invades the tang riverbed. The hard isolation installation of the No. 0 abutment requires the 2.5-meter-long steel pipe to be embedded in the ground for 0.7 meters, and then the 1-meter-spacing pipe column is welded with scissor brace and horizontal bracing, and then the steel wire mesh is laid. The construction site has steep slopes and hidden dangers in high-altitude operations, and the staff participating in the war strictly implement standardized operations without deviation, strictly manage the site and control the construction process, and implement one machine and one person protection for large machinery and equipment to ensure that safety is foolproof. After the implementation of hard separation of the line, it will effectively prevent the construction of the abutment from disturbing the threat posed by the mountain to the traffic, and build a safety barrier.
With the cooperation of the Tonghua Depot, the Engineering Section and the Jilin Power Supply Section of China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Corporation, 22 steel pipe piles have been installed, 21 meters of isolation fences have been installed, 600 square meters of the original ground clearance, and 120 meters of construction roads have been filled, achieving the first three-level line blockade construction.
