The 1st Agarwood Collection Development Summit Forum and Lixiang Agarwood Art Week 2021 was held at Shanghai Auction House from November 5 to November 7, 2021. The Art Week specially invited Senior Host Xu Ziqi to be the host of the "First Agarwood Collection Development Summit Forum" on November 6, and together with well-known experts and scholars in the industry, they launched a collection of tasting, exhibition display and academic discussion on the development of agarwood collection, agarwood art auction, the development of domestic agarwood, agarwood tea and art incense life.
Xu Huping, former president of Nanjing Museum, Wu Shaohua, founding president of Shanghai Collection Association, Ding Zongmiao, founder of Hainan Xiangshu Agarwood Group, Chen Ketao, executive vice president of Shanghai Collection Association, and Qiao Musen, director of the Fragrance Art Professional Committee of Shanghai Collection Association, conducted professional discussions from different angles such as agarwood culture, the development of folk collections, the significance of auction and collection, the current situation and future of domestic agarwood cultivation, and the beauty of agarwood art.
A total of 202 pieces of agarwood were exhibited during the Art Week, and agarwood lovers can enjoy fine agarwood from Hainan Island, Nha Trang District, Fusen District, Cambodia District, Dalakan District, Kalimantan District, Ma Ni Flood District, Brunei District, Ambon District and other production areas. The characteristics of the exhibited collection can be summarized as follows: agarwood true, positive production area, wide range of fine products, of which the price of agarwood is compared with the publicity, the agarwood gram list is detailed, and the tasting of the agarwood standard is the first in the industry.
