In order to successfully worship the master, Li Yapeng prepared to cook according to the traditional apprenticeship standards and prepare a rich worship feast for the master's family. "No one who learns skills as soon as he comes up, he starts by cleaning up for Master and doing chores." Li Yapeng said while doing housework in the early morning yard. People know Guo Feng from his music. The popular song "Let the World Be Full of Love" has become a classic of contemporary Chinese music, but Guo Feng's artistic talent is not only reflected in music.
When he was a child, Lang Shining's Baijuntu of the Qing Dynasty gave him a deep impression, and he wanted to make a new, ceramic Baijuntu. So he set out from Beijing with his childhood dream, and after visiting many ceramic production sites, Guo Feng finally chose Jingdezhen, and everything began as an apprentice.
In order to get close to the master craftsman, the hat is his indispensable makeup prop. Even in the hot summer weather of Jingdezhen, he still wears a hat in front of the kiln at more than 1,000 degrees Celsius to learn to control the kiln temperature with the masters. From shaping, printing blanks, blowing, drying blanks to kilns... Countless workshops became Guo Feng's classrooms, countless unknown teachers became Guo Feng's teachers, and one by one the notes became Guo Feng's textbooks. Guo Feng chose Tang Ma as a creative element, combining realism and freehand, with simple and bright shapes and a modern sense. His boldest design idea was to make a static horse with four legs on the ground.
Guo Feng insisted on burning a horse with no bottom plate and no bracket, and the masters in Jingdezhen all felt that he was delusional, many people turned around and left without listening to him, and some well-meaning teachers would say a few more words to persuade him. After a few months, no one in Jingdezhen's large and small workshops and studios promised to help him. The persistent Guo Feng became more and more frustrated and courageous, and finally a master was touched by his sincerity and was willing to help him try. Under the guidance of the master, Guo Feng and his team finally completed the highest ceramic art work in China that is currently fired without support and four feet to land on the ground.
