"Cracking down on non-compliance" is not soft Furong District Mars Street multi-departmental joint law enforcement shut down 2 unlicensed song halls

Furong District shut down two unlicensed cabarets in accordance with the law.

Changsha, November 8 (Correspondent Wang Juan) In order to carry out in-depth three-year special rectification action for safe production and effectively strengthen the supervision of safe production in cultural and entertainment venues in the jurisdiction, on the afternoon of November 5, the Mars Street Organization Cultural Station, Public Safety Office, Taojiashan Community United District Culture and Sports Bureau, Administrative Law Enforcement Squadron, Mars Police Station and other departments in Changsha City carried out centralized rectification operations, and shut down the two unlicensed song halls found during the previous inspection according to law.

Before the operation was carried out, the heads of various departments of the Mars Street Organization held a law enforcement action scheduling and deployment meeting, made detailed arrangements for the specific plan of the operation, and made specific arrangements for the division of labor of personnel in various departments.

At about 5 p.m., law enforcement officers came to the Xinyu Song Hall and the Aik Song Hall in Taojiashan Community, both of which had not obtained fire licenses and entertainment business licenses, and were suspected of operating entertainment venues without permission. Law enforcement personnel found that the fire passage at the scene was blocked, the wires in the song server room were exposed, and the fire safety management system was not perfect, and the emergency management measures were not in place, and there were great fire safety hazards. Due to the incomplete sound insulation equipment and noise disturbance, it has been complained and reported by residents many times. Law enforcement personnel and police at the police station shut down the two entertainment venues in accordance with the law, and temporarily detained their song server, requiring the two places not to operate until they obtained fire and cultural licenses.

Next, Mars Street will further intensify the crackdown, and resolutely investigate and deal with those who do not meet the conditions for setting up entertainment venues and have not legally obtained relevant licenses in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Entertainment Venues.
