The song hall did not pay rent for two years and did not vacate, and after the court's judgment, it still did not cooperate with the implementation. Yesterday, the executive bureau of the Qiaokou District Court of Wuhan City dispatched 20 people to a commercial building on Jiefang Avenue to carry out compulsory evacuation. The Jimu News reporter saw at the scene that the enforcement judge and the cadres and policemen carefully counted the items in the room in multiple groups and successfully handed over the venue to the landlord.

At about 9 a.m. yesterday, the Qiaokou District Court Executive Bureau dispatched 20 people to the song hall to make a retreat. Jimu News reporters saw at the scene that there were more than 30 rooms in the song hall, and after the enforcement judges and cadres and policemen turned on the law enforcement recorder, they divided into multiple groups to take pictures of the rooms to fix the evidence.

"A set of sofas, a set of jukeboxes, two microphones, two ashtrays, two trays..." The executive judges registered the large and small items in each room. The judge told reporters that although the value of many small items is not high, the work of vacating must be meticulous and accurate.

At 12:00 noon on the same day, after more than 2 hours of counting, the enforcement judge successfully delivered the key to the applicant's hand. The enforcement judge said that in the next step, the unpaid rent, liquidated damages and occupancy fees of the executor will continue to be enforced.

The Jimu News reporter learned that in 2011, an investment company in Wuhan began to attract foreign investment from a commercial building on Jiefang Avenue in Qiaokou District. At the end of 2017, the investment company signed a lease contract with Li, agreeing to lease the 3rd floor with a total of more than 1,800 square meters of space to Li to operate a song hall.

In July 2018, Li consulted with an investment company and renamed the contract signed in his personal name to a real estate company, which will bear all responsibilities. After consultation, several parties signed an agreement to change the contract. But by 2019, the real estate company had not continued to pay rent. The company said that after the song hall was closed for rectification at the end of 2018, there was no income, and the company's funds were tight, and there was no money to pay rent for the time being.

During this period, real estate companies have repeatedly said that they are trying to resume operations and pay rent once they have revenue. By the end of 2020, real estate companies still hadn't paid rent and utility bills. The investment company sued him in the Qiaokou District Court. The court ordered the real estate company to vacate the house to the investment company and pay the corresponding rent, liquidated damages and occupancy fees.

After the court's judgment came into effect, the real estate company still failed to fulfill its obligations. In March this year, the enforcement judge of the Qiaokou District Court went to the site of the case to conduct an on-site investigation and posted a notice of withdrawal, requiring him to complete the evacuation within half a month.

"We called the other party many times to ask the other party to cooperate with the court's enforcement, but each time he prevaricated for various reasons, saying that the cabaret had invested a lot of money and that the vacate would bring great losses to the company." The enforcement judge told reporters that due to the lack of results in repeated communication, the court formulated a detailed vacating plan to force the cabaret to be withdrawn.
