After the establishment of the joint task force, after careful investigation, the police preliminarily determined that this was an organized criminal activity of telecommunications network fraud in the name of "naked chat". Through the investigation, the investigators grasped the criminal gang's two criminal dens in an idle song hall in Binxi Town, Bin County, and a private house in Acheng District, Harbin City.
They have a strong sense of anti-reconnaissance, and the video footage around this song hall is full of video footage, and the fingerprint locks are changed in the places where they often go in and out on the second floor.

At 11:00 p.m. on May 18, the special case team issued an arrest order, and the Bin County police and the Shanghai police dispatched more than 50 police forces to divide the troops into two roads and close the nets at the two dens at the same time.

At first, the criminal suspect did not confess the facts of the crime, but we and the Shanghai police had a lot of evidence, collected a lot of funds and transfer transactions, and seized more than 20 mobile phones and crime computers on the same day.
In this network collection operation, the special case team arrested a total of 12 criminal suspects in Bin County and Acheng county. In the face of a large number of facts, the suspect finally confessed that under the organization of the main criminal Chen Mou, at the beginning of this year, he established a den in the idle song hall in Binxi Town and a private house in Acheng District, purchased multiple chat accounts through the network platform, adopted technical means to locate virtually, used beautiful women's pictures as avatars, and female members of the gang used their voices to lure male netizens to chat.

After preliminary verification, more than 900 people have been induced to chat naked, and some victims are forced to transfer money because they are worried about the exposure of the matter, and the amount involved has reached more than 400,000 yuan.
Through each link, they cooperate with each other to finally complete the process of extortion. The youngest suspect is still underage, the largest is also a post-80s generation, and the team's combination is linked by family and team. The gang ran for about half a year, blackmailing hundreds of victims.
At present, the suspect involved in the case has been brought back by the Shanghai police and criminally detained in accordance with the law, and the case is still under further investigation.
