At the beginning, In order to improve her athletics performance, Li Yuting began training at 3 p.m. every day, and continued to train on the playground after school in the afternoon, because the training intensity was too large, and there was a foot injury in the first year of entering the sports school, and the competition state has been poor. "As a track and field athlete, the biggest natural enemy is not the opponent but the injury, which tortures the athlete's body and mind like a magic spell and may even bury the career. Fortunately, no bones were injured, just muscle and ligament strains. With her tenacious will and the spirit of never giving up, Li Yuting overcame her injuries and gradually resumed normal training with the careful treatment and cooperation of the team doctors.

Although she stood out from her peers, she didn't think of herself as the chosen one. "Talent is important, but hard work and luck have made me who I am now."
