  Born in 2002 in Guji Town, Jieshou City. In 2016, Li Yuting went to Fuyang Sports School for training.   In September 2017, Li Yuting won the silver medal in the women's 200m final of the 13th National Student Games and took the podium of the national event.

  In May 2018, she won the women's 200m final at the 2018 National Junior (U18) Athletics Championships with a time of 24.21 seconds.

  On October 19, 2018, in the women's B 100m final of the 14th Provincial Games, she easily won the championship with a time of 11.73 seconds, breaking the provincial women's 100m adult group record; later, in the women's B 200m final, she won the championship with a time of 23.88 seconds, and broke the provincial adult record that had been sealed for nearly 20 years.

  In 2019, at the Taiyuan National Youth Games, she performed very well, winning four gold medals in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 4×100 meters and 4× 200 meters, and ran a personal best of 11.64 seconds in the 100 meters, entering the national team at the end of the year.

  This season, Li Yuting, who has been away from the field for a year, participated in the game earlier, and her state strength has been rhythmically restored and recovered. In March this year, she made her debut in 11.83 seconds and 83 meters in Shenzhen, and in April, she improved to 11.69 seconds in Zhaoqing.

  The 2021 National Olympic Trials ended in Shaoxing on June 13, with Li Yuting running 11.57 seconds in the women's 100m preliminaries and 11.50 seconds in the final -0.6m/s headwind, creating a personal best twice.
