On the afternoon of August 17, Professor Lu Weiming, director of the Institute of History of Xi'an Jiaotong University, gave a lecture at the Shenmu Court, interpreting the wisdom of life in the Analects and reliving Confucius Thought. Li Fangzhe, member of the party group and director of the political department of the academy, presided over the activity, and all party members participated in the activity.
Professor Lu Weiming is the author of "The Wisdom of analects and Modern Civilization", and he taught them the wisdom of being a man, learning, and government in the Analects and its application value. Professor Lu quoted the scriptures and focused on the detailed interpretation of the meaning and profound ideas contained in the classic quotations of the Analects on self-cultivation, qi family, handling of the world, and making friends, focusing on the human passage, which was in-depth and simple, which provided great help for everyone to apply the wisdom and philosophy in their later lives and work.
