On behalf of the Principal's Office, Han Junyuan extended a warm welcome to the new teachers who entered our school, and introduced the history of our school, the characteristics of running the school and the basic situation of the Qinglan Project. He pointed out that the school has always attached importance to the professional development of young teachers and new teachers, combined with the actual situation of school education and teaching, not only standardized and systematic training for teachers in new work, but also mutual assistance and pairing of teachers with teaching experience who have just come to our school to teach. Most of the instructors are provincial and municipal famous teachers, discipline leaders, backbone teachers, members of famous teacher studios, teachers with senior professional titles, and senior teaching and research team leaders.
He made three demands on new teachers. First, we must change our roles and quickly adapt to the new environment. Whether it is a newly graduated teacher or a new teacher from a sister school, it is necessary to reposition, rapidly transform, integrate into the school culture as soon as possible, and go in the same direction as the school, empower each other, and grow together; the second is to seriously study and seize the golden period of growth. The third is to enhance the concept and move to a new height of development. New teachers should make good use of the "high platform", have "big expectations" and "big deeds", take the education goal of "knowing reason and etiquette, strengthening the body, and liberal arts self-education" and the school running concept of "preparing for a happy life" as the guide, learn the teaching paradigm of "interactively generated school classroom", implement the concept of "student-based" moral education, and grow, mature and succeed in the practice of education and teaching reform.

According to the requirements of the agreement, new teachers must implement the monday to Friday night office system within three years; listen to the class before the class, and the master can sign the class; take a report class once a month; seriously participate in the school training, complete the special assessment, etc.
