On July 30th, Yuecheng District Library and Shaoxing Yuecheng District Sunduan Street Center Kindergarten cooperated to build a new book circulation station, and the two sides signed the "Yuecheng District Library and Branch Library and Book Circulation Station Co-construction Agreement", and held a listing ceremony. This is the 7th time that the district library has cooperated with urban kindergartens to jointly promote reading for all.
In the early stage, the staff of the Children's Department of the District Map carefully selected 500 books, covering literature, popular science, picture books and other topics. After the completion of the circulation station, the Sunduan Street Center Kindergarten can exchange circulation books at the Yuecheng District Library from time to time according to the needs of the children. These children's books enrich the library of the kindergarten in The Center of Sunduan Street, and at the same time facilitate the children to borrow books and enrich everyone's after-school cultural life.
Yuecheng District Library has established a platform in kindergartens to share book resources and digital resources with kindergartens. This is an important measure for libraries to reform the traditional service mode, conform to the needs of reform and the development of the times, and widely carry out the work of reading and educating people, and also improve the circulation and utilization rate of books in district libraries.
