Since swaddling is uniform and there is no bracelet, there is no such thing as a change of clothes and a bracelet.
Why did the hospital never come forward to explain such a well-explained thing?
3. After retrieving the original medical record file of that year and the rules and regulations of the obstetrics and gynecology department, it was found that there were problems of irregular diagnosis and treatment behavior and chaotic management in the hospital at that time.
This also explains why Du Xinzhi and Xu Min's case files are seriously missing, several pages of important documents have been lost, and there are deliberately altered places, which are "irregular diagnosis and treatment behavior and chaotic management"
4. The police also focused on the investigation of the relationship between Guo Xikuan and Guo Xizhi, who investigated household registration information, family genealogy, and visited village cadres and villagers in the same village, and finally concluded that Guo Xikuan and Guo Xizhi were not related.
Through the above investigation results, the conclusion given is that there is no evidence to prove that Du Xinzhi and Guo Xikuan and others have criminal facts, and there is no criminal offense in Yao Ce's wrong case, so the police gave a "no case".
