I was born on November 6, two days before Journalists' Day, and although the specific date of Journalists' Day in the year I was born (1983) has not yet been officially determined as November 8, I think this is a kind of fate called "Providence in the Darkness".
In 2002, I was admitted to college, automatically blocked my mother's warm reminder to "study a teacher training major, and find a job later", and stubbornly chose the journalism major. After graduation, he officially became a journalist, "a pen, a mouth, a book, two legs; a heart, a pair of eyes, a machine, two feelings", and has been playing for 15 years.
In 2010, in order to end my separation from my husband, I left the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Radio Station, where I had worked for nearly 4 years, and came to work at the Comprehensive Channel of Loudi Radio and Television Station. When I was a producer of "Loudi Economic Development Zone News", I led a team of only three people to plan and edit more than 20 groups of themes and series of reports, achieved zero errors in the broadcast of nearly 300 news programs, and personally published 276 articles a year, of which the draft of "the first volume of vama automotive board steel went off the line as scheduled" was broadcast in the form of headlines in "Hunan News Network" for nearly two minutes, achieving a major breakthrough in the external propaganda work of the Loudi Economic Development Zone.
The requirements of the news industry for journalists are almost harsh, and female journalists often have to pay more to balance the relationship between journalists and wives, mothers, daughters, and daughters-in-law.
The memory is very deep is February 14, 2018, is the Western Valentine's Day, but also the 29th of the lunar month, because the husband wants to stay in Loudi Lianyuan overtime, by myself with two children back to Xiangxi New Year, is preparing to leave, but CCTV suddenly sent a notice, want to show the effectiveness of Loudi poverty alleviation during the Spring Festival, the city attaches great importance to it, the Publicity Department specifically requires that the news must be made before the Spring Festival. As a reporter who interviewed a large number of poverty alleviation news in the early stage, the task of organizing the manuscript naturally fell to me.
The eldest child is only a few years old, the youngest is only one year old, and the nanny we hired has already arranged to go home for the New Year. But the task of catching up on the manuscript was like a military order, I took the big one in one hand and the small one in the other hand, coaxed the child to sleep in the office and began to rush the draft, until dawn finally completed the first draft.
At noon that day, when I was preparing for a nap, the leader called again, and the manuscript needed to add new content, and it was uploaded as soon as possible after adjustment. In order to complete the work on time and ensure the safety of the children, I had to put my toddler daughter, who was more than one year old and a month old, into a small back basket and write with the child on her back.
On February 27 and 28, the draft of "Hunan Loudi: People Are Poor and Poverty Alleviation Rely on Themselves" was broadcast on a set of CCTV "News Network" and "Hunan News Network", which became the best New Year gift to the people of Loudi...
In early 2020, our interview work was affected by the spread of covid-19. In March, the epidemic situation improved slightly, and I planned a series of reports on the grass-roots level of the reporter "Spring Trip on the Ridge" around the theme of "resuming work and production", aiming to show everyone's determination and confidence to "grab back the delayed time and miss the opportunity", pass on the positive energy of "no winter is insurmountable, no spring will not come", and also provide some useful reference for people who are confused for a while, the most important thing is to find a little fireworks in the world for the citizens of Loudi, and to find the softness of life.
But the imagination is full, but the reality is very bone. In order to do a good job in this set of reports, we have gone through many tests. Limited by the prevention and control of the epidemic, the selection of points has become the first test. The interview subjects we plan and set strive to be multi-regional, multi-level, multi-angle, but there is no way to step on the scene, only by constantly calling acquaintances, friends, acquaintances' acquaintances, friends' friends... It didn't go well at first, but we didn't give up. After a few days of research, a few places were selected from a large number of scattered clues. But when we go to the scene fully armed, the reality is often different from the situation described by others. But there are many difficult problems that we finally solved.
I remember that in the draft of ""Drunk" Meisuoshi Meet You", we originally went to the pleasing eyes of rape flowers, and wanted to start from the preparation of the rapeseed flower festival, but the rapeseed flower festival of that year was cancelled because of the epidemic, so we temporarily turned to an original song "Meet you in the "drunken" meisuoshi" as the starting point, but it was more vivid; before going to Xinhua Wentang Wangjia Village, we heard that the village was building a "new landmark for comprehensive agricultural tourism on the banks of the Chetian River", and wanted to take the project construction as the entry point. However, when I went to the scene to see that the project had just started, I felt that the village director Wang Shimin was very attentive in the development of the village, and the emotion was sincere, so we temporarily decided to use his story as a line to connect the whole text, and the effect was also very good...
Although the adjustment of ideas was successfully completed, the time spent on the scene was beyond our original plan. During the epidemic period, in order not to stay outside, we went out early and returned late, during the on-site interview, we compressed all the time that could be compressed, tried not to drink water, and rushed to eat until two or three o'clock, and the brain did not dare to stop, spending more time on shooting shots, listening to stories, finding inspiration, and grasping details. In the interview with Suoshi, we remembered the beautiful melody of meeting you in the "drunken" beautiful lockstone and the beautiful expectations of the villagers who did not wait; in the interview of Wangjia Village, the village director Wang Shimin said emotionally: "Before, I thought that the phrase 'green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains' was quite empty, but now that the village has developed, I think that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, which is really the case." ”
And these moments of inspiration and detail have become the soul of each of our reports. As a journalist for 15 years, I have always believed that a good story can only impress more people if it first moves itself.
In every interview, I tried to integrate myself into the stories of the interviewees, read the self-confidence of the villagers in Suoshi Town, and I could feel the strength, reliability and strength of the party and the government; after reading the deep feelings of the returnee Master Xiao Yuan's "not living up to the mountains and rivers and not living up to the people", I could understand her persistence and persistence in returning to her hometown to cultivate the land; I read the helplessness of the village director Wang Shimin who watched the villagers get up early every day and go to the ground in the dark but still struggled on the poverty line, in order to feel the helplessness of "the barren mountains are restored to green, the employment at the doorstep of the home, and the return of young people." The villagers' concepts have been renewed, and their thinking has become more active..." These "new hopes" that have emerged from the good policies of the party and the state have brought him a lot of joy.
After the series of reports on "Spring On ridges" was broadcast, it was recognized by media peers and audiences, and the social response was enthusiastic. Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, Satellite TV and other media have also successively reported their entrepreneurial and struggle deeds, and the social response has been good. Among the winning works of the 31st China Journalism Awards just announced, "Spring Trip on the Ridge" won the third prize of the "China Journalism Award", which is the first time in the history of Loudi journalism.
I treat every interview as a study and practice, with the purest heart, to do the news with the smell of fireworks.
