In order to do a good job in the quality sampling of agricultural products, recently, the Yulin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau for the first time implemented the "double random" model to carry out the supervision and sampling of edible agricultural products, that is, through the Shaanxi Province "double random, one open" supervision work platform random selection of sampling objects, the whole process by the regulatory personnel to supervise the sampling.
In June this year, the Yulin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau required all county and municipal bureaus to submit a list of agricultural product business entities in their jurisdictions in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection", and initially established a database of agricultural product business entities in Yulin City. At present, the platform database has covered more than 2900 edible agricultural products business entities in 12 counties and municipalities of Yulin City, the database is dynamically updated in real time according to the increase in the number of market operators, and the sampling inspection adopts the method of random sampling of sampling objects from the main database of the "double random, one open" platform, and the staff of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau supervises the whole process, effectively reflecting the principles of openness, justice and fairness in sampling inspection, effectively promoting the "combination of management and inspection", and effectively ensuring the food safety of the masses in the jurisdiction.
The sampling will continue until the end of December, and 645 batches of sampling tasks have been completed. The situation of sampling inspections and the results of investigation and handling will be completed and entered in accordance with laws and regulations, and promptly disclosed to the public.
