On October 26, Zhang Zhaoxiang, deputy secretary of the party group and director of China State Construction Group, met with Cai Lixin, secretary of the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, at the Enlai Cadre College in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. Li Sen, member of the Standing Committee of the Huai'an Municipal CPC Committee and secretary general, attended the meeting.

Cai Lixin welcomed zhang Zhaoxiang and his entourage. She pointed out that Huai'an is the hometown of a generation of great people, Premier Zhou Enlai, and it is the unshirkable responsibility and mission of the people of his hometown to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Zhou Enlai. With the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of Zhou Enlai as the core, Enlai Cadre College has carried out in-depth research on the spirit of Zhou Enlai and the education and training of cadres, providing a high-quality platform for cultivating a team of high-quality professional cadres who are loyal and clean and responsible. China State Construction Group and Huai'an have a good foundation for cooperation, and on May 28 this year, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, opening a new page of comprehensively deepening strategic cooperation. The successful holding of the 2020 Senior Seminar for Middle and Senior Management Of China State Construction Group in Enlai Cadre College will surely promote the strategic cooperation between the two sides to go deeper and farther. Huai'an will also continue to uphold the original intention of cooperation, deepen the sense of partnership, and make every effort to provide high-quality and efficient services.

Zhang Zhaoxiang expressed his gratitude to the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government for their long-term concern and support for China State Construction Group. He pointed out that the current visit to Huai'an to carry out the seminar is a concrete action to implement the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides, and a useful exploration and bold attempt by the two sides to jointly build a party sex education base with national influence. It's both a learning journey and a collaborative journey. At present, China State Construction Group is focusing on the realization of the strategic goal of "one innovation and five strong", promoting the implementation of the "166" strategic measure of "one improvement, six transformations, six special projects", and the next step will be to better practice the "two foundations" and "six forces" of central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, give full play to the advantages of the whole industrial chain of investment, planning, design, construction and operation, fully participate in the construction of Huai'an's "one district and two belts", and jointly promote the construction of "two new and one heavy" with Huai'an to make greater contributions to Huai'an's high-quality development.
