It has a total length of 3.8 kilometers and a total drop of more than 80 meters, which is a test of courage and boldness for the experiencer.
Compared with the previous Wanquan River rafting, this canyon rafting can be said to be a "high-end version". When they came to the first downhill, the slope of nearly 60 degrees and the rushing water made the three boys feel addicted. Next, as the torrents hit, they were immersed in happiness and laughter. Li Wenhan had just finished experiencing canyoning here and wanted to come back a second time.
Of course, when you get to the water, you have to fight a water battle to be happy enough. The three boys had long been ready, brought their own water guns, and when they drifted to a relatively smooth section of the river, they started the summer water battle friendly. After Yu Xiaotong and Song Weilong preemptively "fired artillery", Li Wenhan quickly "counterattacked" and also tried to seek "fire support", so that the cameramen of the same ship also joined in. Li Wenhan vowed to "wash the shame of the past" and entered the "active counterattack mode". On this hot summer day, a trip to the ice world is also a good choice. Another route for this issue of the Brave Challenge is the Summer Ice King. This route is not just a simple way to go to the ice rink and skate, but to complete a 60-second ice duo dance.
Li Luxiu, asa and Ajiao, who chose this route, went to Sanya Tuspark Ice and Snow Sports Center. Here, they met the mysterious guest Li Fei'er and enjoyed a figure skating opening show brought by her and her partner - the light and agile posture and superb skills were amazing, and also made the pressure on the three challengers.
Li Fei'er also gradually understood the sport because she had participated in the figure skating theme program before and practiced to such a level as it is now. She said that there are many people who like figure skating, but not many people really know about the sport; she very much hopes that the guests will fall in love with this healthy and beautiful sport through this experience.
After choosing the coach they wanted to work with and putting on the equipment, the three of them began to practice seriously. Lilu xiu was more skilled in skating because he took skating lessons as a child, but his problem was that he didn't know how to stop. With the help of his coach, he mastered the trick of not falling. After solving the key problems, learning the dance moves is much smoother.
Originally only able to slide forward, Asa showed amazing learning ability under the guidance of the instructor, and soon mastered the basic movements such as squatting and "front gourd" that needed to be used, and was able to join the dance moves on her own. At the suggestion of Li Fei'er, Asa also practiced with the coach the lifting rotation action that can be added to the performance, with tacit understanding.
The completely novice Gillian faces an even greater challenge. At first she needed to hold on to the board wall to walk, but then she gradually grasped the essentials. Li Fei'er said that she was like this on the first day of ice, and also told her the trick of "tightening her waist is not easy to fall". Gillian lamented that this sport is really tired, and it will be more difficult for her to exert her strength after both feet are broken. At the final "Summer Ice King Challenge", Li Wenhan, Yu Xiaotong, Song Weilong, three "canyon warriors" also came to cheer for their partners. Lilusius and Asa and Gillian all succeeded in bringing a beautiful or joyful ice dance duo performance with their partners, which won the applause and cheers of the audience.
