Leaders of the Lingbao Municipal People's Congress, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, the Customs Work Committee, the Procuratorate, the Public Security Bureau, the Bureau of Justice, the Bureau of Education and Sports, the Third Junior High School of Lingbao City, and other units, as well as journalists from the media, were invited to attend. At the ceremony, Bai Xuchun, secretary of the party group and president of the Lingbao Court, and Lu Shuhua, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Lingbao Municipal Party Committee, jointly unveiled the juvenile court. President Bai Xuchun delivered a speech at the unveiling ceremony, briefly introducing the background and significance of the establishment of juvenile courts in Lingbao Court and the basic situation of juvenile trial work in recent years. He pointed out that the establishment of juvenile courts is an inevitable requirement for further preventing and correcting juvenile delinquency, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of minors, actively participating in social governance, and effectively repaying social concerns, and is an important embodiment of the implementation of education and rectification of "I do practical things for the masses."
President Bai Xuchun stressed that the Lingbao Court will take this unveiling activity as an opportunity to further strengthen professional trials and increase the judicial protection of minors. Focusing on the overall design of "giving them care, healthing their bodies and minds; giving them opportunities and promoting corrections; giving them avenues, helping them transform; giving them an environment, and helping them grow", we have strengthened cooperation with procurators, public security, women's federations, youth league committees, education and sports bureaus, schools, judicial administration, and other departments and all sectors of society, and comprehensively promoted the work of protecting minors to a new level with reform and innovative thinking and practical measures.
After the unveiling ceremony, the participants collectively watched the PPT of the juvenile trial work record of the Lingbao Court and had a comprehensive understanding of the juvenile trial work.
