Li Shishi became a household name for "Water Margin" and became one of the most famous female figures in China's classical literature, and her affair with Song Huizong has been talked about for hundreds of years. However, the real Li Shishi in history, about her life and talent, growth experience, and emotional history with Song Huizong, or the whereabouts and endings after the change of Jing Kang, are different and confusing. In "Water Margin in Search of Song", Professor Yu Yunguo will lift the veil of history and reproduce the real life trajectory of Master Li.

She is a famous prostitute of a generation, and her color is exquisite, but does the emperor really cultivate the underground darkness Chen Cang in order to meet with her?

Clarion chart

In "Water Margin", Li Shishi is definitely a striking character. She played a key role in the introduction of Song Jiang, because she was "the beloved of the Son of Heaven". Li Shishi did have his own person in history, and he really had a relationship with Emperor Huizong of Song. But Li Shishi in "Water Margin" is basically a fiction of the novelist. Regarding Master Li, in addition to the slush claws in the Song Dynasty notes in the history of the wild, there are two kinds of materials that are most concentrated. One is the Southern Song Dynasty's Ping dialect "Xuanhe Testament", and the other is the "Li Shishi's Outer Biography" written in the early Qing Dynasty, both of which are novelists who are not far from "Water Margin". Relatively speaking, the latter is a ming dynasty forgery, which is not enough to solicit credit; but it is still "Xuanhe Testament", because when it comes to the history of this dynasty, there must always be basic historical facts as the background and backbone of the perfunctory story, to fake and save the truth, and you can also pan for gold in the sand.

In his "Tokyo Dream Record", Meng Yuanlao listed the group of fangs of "Chong, Guan, and In Jingwa", in which "Small Singing: Li Shishi, Xu PoXi, Feng Yinu, Sun Sansi, etc., sincerely their horns", Li Shishi ranked first. Chongning (1102-1106) and Daguan (1107-1110) are the second and third era names of Emperor Huizong. Emperor Huizong was nineteen years old when he ascended the throne, and the last year of Daguan was twenty-nine years old. At this time, Master Li Xiaohe showed sharp horns, which should be the age of "Lou Lou Yuanyuan More than thirteen years".

However, it has been found that there was also a lot of material about the teacher before this. The earliest can be traced back to the lyricist Zhang Xian, whose words include a "Shishi Ling", from "no need to return to the fan barrier to clear the song, lips a little, smaller than the flower bud", the recipient is obviously also a singer prostitute. Therefore, some people believe that the gift of the "Master Order" is Master Li. Zhang Xian died in the first year of YuanFeng (1078) at the age of eighty-nine, even if this poem was a posthumous work of his death, and even if Shi Shi was still a cardamom-aged prostitute, then by the Xuanhe period (1119-1125), she should be at least fifty years old, nearly twenty years older than Emperor Huizong. Some researchers have used this as a basis to try to deny Huizong and her romance. But if you change your mind, it is not difficult to deduce another conclusion: there were two divisions and divisions that were a generation apart at that time.

According to the "Biography of Li Shishi", Li Shishi is the daughter of Wang Yin, a craftsman of the Fenjing Dyeing Bureau. When she was swaddled, her mother died, and her father fed her soy milk as milk before surviving. At that time, it was a Tokyo custom that parents hurt their children and sacrificed them to the Temple. Wang Yin also let his daughter sacrifice herself to Baoguang Temple. When she went to the Buddhist temple to give up herself, the little girl suddenly began to cry, and the monk stroked the top of her head, and she immediately stopped crying. Her father wondered, "This girl is really a disciple of the Buddha." "Slang calls the Buddha's disciple a teacher, and her father calls her a teacher." When Shi Shi was four years old, Wang Yin committed an accident and died in prison. Because she had no one to return to, Li Yao, who was a prostitute, adopted her, changed her surname to Li, and also entered the hook fence prostitution register. After growing up, Master Li was extremely artistic and famous. Her singing voice is recognized by everyone, and in the early years of The Southern Crossing, Zhu Dunru had a poem cloud that "sings "Yang Guan" and does not tune the voice, and there is only Lady Li in the former dynasty", which is said to be Master Li. According to Liu Xueji of the Southern Song Dynasty, she seems to have a stage name, called White Peony.

According to Zhang Bangji's "Mozhuang Manga", "Between the government and the peace, the prosperity of Pingkang in the capital of Pingkang, Li Shishi and Cui Nianyue were famous for a while. It can be seen that during the years of Zhenghe (1111-1118), Li Shishi has become popular. At that time, the poet Chao Chongzhi was a young man, and whenever he would drink, he often invited her to sit down. More than ten years later, Chong Zhi came back to The Beijing Division, Li and Cui were "famous in China", and the division master "Mendi Youjun", people like him had no chance to call the game and kissed Fangze.

According to historical records, in the sixth year of Zhenghe (1116), "micro-walks began to emerge" and "brothels and liquor stores were also lucky". Since then, Emperor Huizong often took a small car, brought a few personal attendants, and traveled in micro-clothes. There is also a special "Lucky Bureau" to round the circle for micro-lines to be busy and lying. Around the first year of Xuanhe (1119), a Gengzhi advisor named Cao Fu had already pointed out in his recital to Emperor Huizong: "Yifu Weixing, staying in a certain prostitute's house, starting from His Majesty." This "so-and-so prostitute" obviously refers to Master Li. It can be inferred from this that the relationship between Emperor Huizong of Song and Master Li began in the six or seven years of Zhenghe, and by the early years of Xuanhe, it was already well known.

The "Testament of Xuanhe" also says that in the sixth year of Xuanhe (1124), Emperor Huizong of Song "registered Master Li as Li Mingfei, and changed the money lane to call it a small royal street.". The former is absolutely impossible, because the great events of the concubines cannot but be recorded in the correct history. The latter may be a reaction of the people, using the small royal street to call the money lane that Huizong weixing must pass, although it is a description of the facts, it also implies a mockery of the Tianzi prostitute. The "Water Margin" and "The Outer Biography of Master Li" also say that Emperor Huizong was a private master of the authentic family, which is also not credible. Judging from the historical data, Emperor Huizong's "micro-line does not avoid people", and there is no need to repair the tunnel darkness Chen Cang.

A few years later, the golden hooves took off under the castle of Tokyo. Emperor Huizong of Song passed the throne to his son Emperor Qinzong of Song, and became emperor himself, taking care of himself and unable to take care of Master Li anymore. The fate of the division also took a sharp turn for the worse due to the Song-Jin War.

There are quite a few legends in the notes of Ye Shi about Li Shishi in the War against Jin. Zhang Bangji's "Records of Pingkang in Fendu" outlines the other side of the famous prostitute's spiritual world, saying that Master Li was "generous and flying, had a husband's temperament, and fell in the name of a chivalrous person for a while, and flew the general." Every guest retreats, burns incense and sips tea, and is at ease, and people are snooping."

According to the "Biography of Li Shishi", at that time, Hebei was in a hurry, and she expressed to the Kaifeng government that she was willing to "enter the official and help Hebei with the money given by Emperor Huizong before and after". She also asked the Emperor Taishang to "abandon her family as a female crown", and Emperor Huizong arranged for her to view Ciyun in the north of Kaifeng City. However, soon the Jin army attacked Tokyo, and the commander of the Jin army, Tart Lazy, claimed that the Emperor of the Jin Dynasty also knew his name and "will be born of it". DaSuo could not survive for several days, and finally the puppet Zhang Bangchang sent someone to find her and offer her to Jinying. Master Li scolded: "I am a lowly prostitute, the emperor's dependents, Ning Yi died without other aspirations." If the high lord Houlu of the generations, why should the imperial court fail to Ru, but everything is to kill the clan society, and now that the north is ugly, I hope to be a place to be presented, how can I be a lamb of the generations? He said and pulled off the golden hairpin on his head, stabbed it in the throat, and did not die; broke the golden hairpin, and finally swallowed the gold and committed suicide. This is the ending arranged by "The Biography of Master Li".

However, according to the Compilation of the Northern League of the Three Dynasties, in the first month of the first year of Jing Kang (1126), Shangshu Province, under the holy will of Emperor Qinzong, "did not have the wealth of the family of Li Shishi, Zhao Yuannu, and other artists who had served the emperor" for "one by one." This time, it was to collect the huge amount of gold and silver extorted by Jin Shuai. The gold and silver goods that Emperor Huizong gave to Master Li should mainly be confiscated in this time. Of course, with the personality of Ren Xia, it is not impossible to take the initiative to take a part of it for anti-gold righteous deeds. In February of the following year, 150 artists of all colors in Tokyo, including Zan Singing, were escorted to Jinying by the Kaifeng Government, and "the sound of crying was all over the alleys." The "Biography of Master Li" records that she angrily scolded Zhang Bangchang, just at this time. However, there are enough historical materials to show that Li Shishi did not commit suicide and was still alive after that.

According to the "Mozhuang Manga", Jing Kangzhong, Li Shishi and Zhao Yuannu and other "routine home", shishi "wandered to Zhejiang", because of her fame and color art, "the scholar and doctor invited her to listen to her songs", however, the blow of the destruction of the country and the death of the family, the hardships of the upheaval and displacement, she has "been haggard and has never returned to her state". Liu Ziyi's "Bian Jing Chronicle Poem" has poetic value, and one poem writes about Li Shishi:

The prosperity of the hub can be hurt, and the teacher is old and old.

The sandalwood has no color, and a song of the emperor moved at that time.

After Li Shishi was absent, he drifted out of Beijing, went south and drifted away, floating between Wu Yue and Xiang Chu, and the means of making a living was still "wisps of clothes and sandalwood", and he sang songs, but he no longer had the charm and scenery of the past.

After that, Master Li did not know the end. Disasters and unrest have also obliterated her.
