On the afternoon of September 25, Wang Xiaoying, a famous theater director and vice chairman of the China Dramatists Association, visited the Shenyang Art Building to participate in the "Shengjing Art Salon" sponsored by the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television, and to guide and exchange views with the municipal professional literary and art academies, including the Shenyang Peking Opera House, the Commentary Theater, the Drama Troupe, and the Art Troupe. This event is also a useful attempt by the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism and Radio and Television to take the opportunity of the reform of state-owned theaters and troupes to invite famous artists to help Shenyang literary and artistic guidance, and strive to achieve a beneficial attempt to create more and better literary and artistic works with performances as the central link and dedication to the people.

Director Wang Xiaoying is the preferred "four batches" of talents in the national propaganda and cultural system, an expert with special government allowances of the State Council, and has won the titles of "Excellent Drama Artist" and "Outstanding Director of the New Century", and his main works include the drama "Lanling King", "Fusheng", the opera "Here the Dawn Is Quiet", "Sister Jiang", the musical "Mulan", the Peking Opera "No War in Peking", etc.
On September 25 and 26, Wang Xiaoying went to Shenyang with his large-scale original drama "Dedicating Everything to the Party", which is an excellent stage art exhibition and performance work in Liaoning Province to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and is also a participating play at the 2021 Shenyang Arts Festival. The drama is based on the autobiographical novel of the same name by the China Workers Publishing House, and artistically reproduces the touching deeds of Wu Yunduo, a heroic model figure known as "China's Paul Kochakin", which makes people cry and inspire people to forge ahead.
"Shengjing Art Salon" is a cultural brand launched by Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism and Radio and Television during the 2020 Shenyang Arts Festival, aiming to create a city art feast with colorful activities by building an interactive platform between literary and artistic celebrities, art institutions and publicity media, normalizing cultural exchanges and art appreciation, and allowing Shencheng residents to share the fruits of cultural development.
