According to the notice issued by the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, a batch of spicy beef slices (production date 2020/10/27) used in the spicy hot blanch shop on the side of the road in the high-tech zone located at No. 64 Hexin Road with the 1st floor of No. 104, Chengdu High-tech Zone, was unqualified, and the prohibited carmine (inspection result was 0.049g/kg) was detected, and the nominal production enterprise of the product was Santai County Shangkou Fresh Food Factory.
On the evening of April 17, Chengdu Roadside Catering Management Co., Ltd. issued a note on its official Weibo, saying that the problem occurred in December 2020, the store involved was a spicy hot Longhu store on the side of the road, and the franchise store illegally purchased beef produced by Shangkou Fresh Food Factory in Santai County, Mianyang City, which seriously violated the company's relevant regulations and seriously infringed on the company's reputation. The company will pursue the corresponding legal responsibility for the store.

Chengdu Roadside Catering Management Co., Ltd. said that the company closed the store on April 17, 2021.
