Deputy County Governor Wang Jinzhong attended the meeting, and responsible persons of the Education and Science Bureau, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, the Water Conservancy Bureau, the Natural Resources Bureau, the Transportation Bureau, the Civil Air Defense Office, the Power Supply Company, the Vocational Middle School, the Gas Company, and Hulan Town attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy County Governor Wang Jinzhong.
First of all, Yan Wenliang, the specific person in charge of the construction project of the training base, made a brief introduction to the basic situation of the Liu Hulan training base project, mentioning that the project was approved in 2020 and has been entered into the project management database of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the major construction project database of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the local government debt management system of the Ministry of Finance, and has been identified as a key construction project in Wenshui County. Under the great attention and leadership of the county party committee and the county government, and with the strong support of relevant units, the preliminary work of the project is steadily advancing.
The designers of the construction project design unit of the training base made a detailed interpretation and solicited opinions from the preliminary design conditions of the main building, safety education, conference center, training building, apartment building and other buildings of the base, respectively, from the aspects of green construction standards, seismic settings, municipal professions, and building materials.
According to the relevant policies and the actual situation of Wenshui County, the heads of various departments attending the meeting conducted a detailed demonstration of the initial conditions of the project and formed a conclusion. Everyone agreed that through this demonstration meeting, with the full coordination and cooperation of various departments, the design of the training base will become more scientific, rational and practical.
Xing Changming, director of the Bureau of Education and Science, and Du Chengsen, principal of vocational middle school, unanimously emphasized that the construction of the practical training base is a major event in the education of Wenshui County, and the project should be designed with a high starting point and high standards, laying a solid foundation for building a first-class demonstration school that integrates red education and youth scientific and technological innovation practice in the city and even the province.
At the end of the meeting, Wang Jinzhong, deputy county magistrate, pointed out that the county party committee and the county government attach great importance to the construction of the Liu Hulan training base project, and will make every effort to create the training base into an important position in the province that integrates ideological education, training and study, and youth practice and innovation. The design unit proposes to use the spirit of excellence and rigor and seriousness to scientific layout and standardize design to build a brand demonstration project. It is emphasized that the competent departments of education should make overall plans, coordinate and make all-out efforts to promote, and all relevant units should combine actual conditions and coordinate with each other to accelerate the construction of projects and ensure that the training base is completed and put into use as soon as possible.
